1 package yellow cake mix
1 envelope dream whip
1 package jello Pistacio Instant PUdding + pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or almonds

Directions:
Set oven @ 350 F. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl + beat 4 minutes @ medium speed. Bake in lightly greased + flour ed 9 X 13 inch oblong pan or 2 9 inch large pans. Cool and frost with orange (Betty Crocker) or Cream cheese icing.
Sprinkle with pecans or almonds.
