INGREDIENTS

1 ten ounce pack of chopped frozen broccoli

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 to cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 egg beaten

cup of milk

cup of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

cup of crumpled crackers (Ritz Crackers)

INSTRUCTIONS Cook broccoli and drain. In a baking dish blend cooked and drained broccoli with soup, cheese and egg. Add mayonnaise or Miracle Whip and Milk. Fold in Broccoli and turn in baking dish. Bake in oven at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.

BEFORE SERVING: Melt butter and mix with crumpled crackers. Top broccoli with crumbs and serve.
