6-8 boneless chicken breasts in a mixture of breadcrumbs and taco seasoning mix.

Pour Over Chicken:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups grated jack and cheddar or colby and cheddar.
2 t. bullion granules
1/3 cup sauteed onions
2 small cans chopped green chilies

Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve with brown and wild rice (I use Uncle Ben's and mix some sauce from chicken with rice to serve)
