2 cups all purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. baking soda, ¼ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. course pepper
1 cup half & half cream, ¾ cup refrigerated blue cheese salad dressing,
2 large eggs, 1 tbsp. honey, ⅔ cup coarsely chopped walnuts, ½ cup bacon bits.

HONEY BUTTER - ¾ cup butter, softened, 2 tbsp. honey

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper.
In another bowl, whisk cream, blue cheese dressing, eggs, honey until well blended. Add to
flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in walnuts and bacon bits.

2. Transfer to a greased and floured 9x5" loaf pan. Bake 40-50 minutes until toothpick inserted
comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes and then remove and transfer to rack to cool totally.

HONEY BUTTER
1. In a small bowl, beat the honey butter ingredients. Serve with a ¾" slice of the bread.
