5-6 large baking potatoes, cut into chunks ... 3 T. butter
seasoned salt ... grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Melt butter in 9 x13 pan. Once melted add potatoes and stir. Sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 mins. Remove to stir - add more cheese, if desired.
Bake for another 20 mins.

I cook the potatoes with the skin left on. Makes them crispier! Easy to make and oh so good.
You can also make the potatoes with sliced onion and some honey, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Got this from spending so much time over to Rita Stivers house on Redleaf Dr. This is one of our favs!!!
