3 LARGE YUKON POTATES (peeled)

1 TBS. BUTTER

2 CLOVES GARLIC

1 TBS FLOUR

1 C. MILK

1 TSP. SALT

TSP. PEPPER

2 TBS PARMESAN CHEESE

PARSLEY TO GARNISH

Directions:
Preheat oven 350. In a small pot, melt the butter and fry garlic til fragrant. Add flour, salt, and pepper.. Drizzle in milk while whisking til smooth. Bring mixture to a boil then move from heat. Slice potatoes in thin sliced rounds and fan out in a small baking dish. Pour sauce on top of potatoes and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour until top is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle on parsley.
