1 box Mostaccioli 1 small can chopped black olives 1 medium chopped onion 1 tomato chopped or grape tomatoes cut in half 8 oz. crumbled Feta cheese ¾ cup olive oil 3 T cider vinegar 3 T lemon juice 1½ cloves minced garlic 1½ t oregano ¾ t salt
Cook mostaccioli al dente. Pour mixture of oil, vinegar, lemon juice,garlic, oregano, and salt over hot pasta. Cool. Add onions, olives, cheese, and tomatoes.
