Ingredients:  
1 lb. Longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated
1-4 oz. can jalapenos, chopped
2 eggs
1-13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 F.
In a 9-inch square pan, layer the cheeses and jalapenos.
Mix together eggs, milk and flour.
Pour over the top of the cheese mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into squares and serve.
