1 1/2 lb Brussels Sprouts
3 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off brown ends and pull off any yellow outer leaves on sprouts. Cut into quarters vertically. Mix in bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated. Pour onto sheet pan and roast 35-40 minutes, until crisp on outside and tender inside. Shake pan from time to time to brown evenly. Sprinkle more kosher salt (think french fries). Serve immediately.
