1 large avocado, flesh removed and mashed
1 10 ounce basket of cherry tomatoes, quartered and seeded
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional if you don't want the heat)
1/4 onion, finely minced
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir lime juice into avocado mixture. Season with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper.
