Ingredients:  
1/2 loaf of bread-dried out for 2 days
1/2 to 3/4 lb of hamburger
(giblets-boil and chop up and use too)
2 small onions- chopped fine.
2 eggs
1 t salt
1/2 T Poultry seasonings
Celery- chop up and chook
Note: Sage- Use if you don't have poultry seasoning

Directions:

Soak bread in water 2 slices at a time and squeeze hard. Put in a big bowl.

Add hamburger, eggs, onions, celery (save water from cooking), salt and seasoning.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
