1 to 1 1/2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
1 C shredded cheese, swiss, feta, asiago or any kind you like
1/2 C cran-raisins.
Nuts, walnuts, almonds, pecans, or whatever you like
Apple Cubed
Pear Cubed

Dressing
1/2 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T Chopped onion
1/3 C lemon juice
2/3 C olive oil.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Dressing:
Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
