1/2 lb browned sausage of choice
12 eggs
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green peppers
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Beat eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/3 c into greased muffin tins. Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes.
