1 T salad oil
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (1 lb) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 C coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add seasoning mix, undrained beans and tomato sauce.
Stir.
eave over heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
Pour meat mixture into a deep 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips around the edge of the casserole and sprinkle cheese over ships.
Place in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
