1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
1 (12.5 oz) can chicken breast, drained
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz) can green enchilada sauce
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning

Try to find low sodium options of all of these, if possible.

1. Pour all ingredients into a large stock pot stir together. Cook on low/medium heat for 15-20 mins. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips, if desired.
