10-12 large eggs
1¼ c. heavy cream
1 c. shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. Dijon Mustard
A few sprinkles of hot sauce
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube six thin slices of white sourdough bread. Put into greased 9x13” pan. Sauté veggies of your choice (I have used zucchini, mushrooms, spinach and sweet peppers) till they are tender crisp. Layer vegetables next in your pan. Beat eggs well. Add next 5 ingredients and pour into pan. Sprinkle top with a little extra cheese and dried parsley. Bake in a 350 degree oven till eggs are set(about 45-50 min) Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
