1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (13.75 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1 c. light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz. (about 1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. finely-chopped onions
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together until blended. Put in dish and bake in oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve!
