2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. butter melted
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Espresso spread
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour,sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir coffee into milk and then add to butter, egg, and vanilla, mix well. Stir dry and wet ingedients together, then fold in chocolate chips.
Bake in mini muffin tins, at 375 for 17 to 20 minutes
