1 box pineapple cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 C oil
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Drain oranges and pineapple - reserve liquid and set aside. Prepare cake according to package directions, substituting the juice for the water. Add oranges to mixture.

Spread into 2 round cake pans (greased and floured). Cook 30-35 minutes at 350º F.

Mix Cool Whip, pudding, and crushed pineapple together and frost cake. DO NOT OVER-STIR COOL WHIP!
