1 (15.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Confectioners sugar
30 Junior Mint candies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 cookie sheets.

Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Use a cookie scoop or buttered fingers to form 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in confectioners sugar. Place 2-inches apart and bake for 15 minutes or until edges are firm. Press one Junior Mint candy into the center of each cookie. Place cookies onto cooling racks. Cool completely before storing in cookie tin or cookie jar.
