1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cups raisins or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350

In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine. Add both sugars and mix on medium speed. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating until light and fluffy.

Mix flour, soda and salt together. Slowly add to the creamed mixture, scraping down sides with a spatula. Add one at a time - the oatmeal, coconut and raisins.

Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto a baking sheet, round out and flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake 12 minutes.
