Crust

1 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
pound butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400F. Combine the crust ingredients and press into the sides and bottom of a 10-inch pie plate; Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs, beaten
to 1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Reduce oven temperature to 350F. Combine ingredients for the filling until smooth. Pour into cooled crust. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 15 minutes.
 

Topping

1 cup sour cream
cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

To make topping, combine ingredients and spoon onto cooled pie. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
