1 medium head cauliflower
½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 teaspoons mustard
¾ shredded processed American cheese

Directions:
Leaving cauliflower whole, remove outer leaves and woody base; wash. Cook cauliflower in enough boiling, salted water to cover the whole head by 1-inch for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain well. Place cauliflower in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the cauliflower with salt. Mix the mayonnaise or salad dressing with the mustard. Frost the whole head of cauliflower with the mayonnaise and mustard mixture. Sprinkle the frosted cauliflower with the shredded cheese. Press the cheese gently, to help it stick. Bake at 375°F oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is just melted.
