2 egg whites
1 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
⅓ cup cold water
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except vanilla in the top of double boiler (do not place over water); beat minute at low speed using hand held electric mixer. Place top of double boiler pan over, but not touching, boiling water. Cook, beating constantly to stiff peaks, about 7 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Remove from water. Beat in vanilla.
