1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
8 ounces butter
3 eggs, divided
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup pecans
½ cup shredded coconut
½ teaspoon salt
16 ounces confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in pan by hand as you do pie dough: cake mix, butter, and 1 slightly beaten egg. Pat dough into the bottom of a 9 by 13-inch cake pan. Then beat the other 2 eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, pecans, salt, and coconut. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough. Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
