1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls place on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Flatten using a fork. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before removing from pan.
