1 box graham crackers for crust
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
cup sugar
⅛ tsp. salt
1 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
First, prepare graham cracker crust according to box directions and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Mix gelatin, sugar, and salt in medium saucepan. Add milk and chocolate and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and beat with a mixer until chocolate is blended. Stir in vanilla and chill for 2-3 hours until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Whip cream until stiff and fold into gelatin mixture with a mixer. Spread lightly into the crust and chill until firm. Garnish with more whipped cream and /or fruit.
