1 lb butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar, add flour slowly and mix well. Press into jelly roll pan (15 x 10). Prick with fork every inch and refrigerate 20 min. Bake for 5 min. in 375 preheated oven, then bake for 30-35 min. at 300. Cut into squares while still warm and store in airtight container.
