1 T SUGAR

PUT INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND BEAT THOROUGHLY. PLACE BOWL IN A PAN WITH WATER AND DOUBLE BOIL UNTIL SEPERATED. THEN PLACE IN A THIN DISH TOWL AND SQUEEZE OUT WATER. KEEP IN DISH TOWEL AND WEIGH DOWN FOR ABOUT 20- 30 MIN. THEN REFRIGERATE.
