1/4 C butter, melted
1 lb. sliced ham
White pepper to taste
6 eggs, well beaten
2 C milk
2 C flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F.

Spread butter evenly in 9x13 pan. Line bottom of pan with ham slices and sprinkle with pepper.

Beat eggs until light. Beat in milk. Add flour and salt, beat until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over ham. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brown and crusty. Cut into squares and serve.
