1 C Water
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli or fresh cut into florets
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 C milk
2 C VelvetaŠ cheese
1/2 C flour
1 C Half & Half
Croutons for garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 C water, do not drain. Add bouillon cubes, stir until dissolved. Put milk, cheese and flour into a blender. Cover and process on grind. Add cheese mixture to broccoli. Add the Half & Half. Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat until hot and mixture thickens.

Garnish with croutons.
