Ingredients:  
6 slices white bread
1 pound bulk sausage, browned and drained
1/4 C green onions, chopped
1 C Swiss cheese, grated or sliced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs
1 pint Half & Half
Salt and Pepper







Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in 13 X 9. Crumble cooked sausage over bread. Cover meat with cheese, onions, and mustard. Beat eggs, add Half & Half and seasonings. Mix well. Pour over all.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
