Cake:
1 yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
1-15oz can of mandarin oranges with juice
3/4 c. Cooking oil

Frosting:
1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1-8oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all cake ingredients together with mixer until well blended. Pour into 11x13 pan or two layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients and mix together with spoon. Put in refrigerator until set, about 5 minutes.
Frost cake and/or put between layers. Keep refrigerated.
