Ingredients:  
1 bag frozen hash browns (Or Ida-I don't use the whole bag)
1-8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 stick butter
1 roll Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage cooked, crumbled and drained)
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt ½ stick butter,
2. Combine with sour cream, soup, cheese, eggs, and spices.
3. Brown and drain sausage.
4. Combine hash browns with the creamy ingredients and sausage,
5. Spread into a 9 x 13 sprayed pan.
6. Cover with foil. Remove foil at the end to brown a little.
7. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or longer if needed.
