1½ pounds new potatoes or russet potatoes
2-4 tablespoons milk
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped fresh chives
¼ cup grated Romano Cheese
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 20 minutes or until tender, drain.
2. Combine cream cheese and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
3. Fold into potato mixture or use a mixer to mash potatoes.
4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1½ quart casserole.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Hint: This can be made 2 days in advance and baked when recipe is ready to be used.
