2 sleeves of saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of sugar
12 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover a large cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam
2. Cover pan completely with a single layer of saltine crackers. Break if needed to fill in around edge of pan.
3. Simmer butter until melted.
4. Add sugar to butter. Cook on medium/low for 5-7 minutes. Mix with spoon. Mixture should become foamy.
5. Drizzle over saltine crackers.
6. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from oven. Pour chocolate chips evenly over the crackers.
8. Chips will start to melt. Spread with spatula while melting.
9. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
10. Let cool or put in refrigerator to cool faster.
11. Once hard, break into pieces.
12. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
