2 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 c Coconut Oil
1/4/ c Honey

Dry ingredients:
3 c Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (% cocoa > 60%)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 365 F
Mix Wet Ingredients:
Add and Mix Dry ingredients
Separate into approximately 20 cookie-sized dollops on baking sheets and bake for about 12:30
