Dry Ingredients:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
¼ c. + 2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Wet Ingredients:
¾ c. melted shortening
¼ c. + 2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Directions:
Mix the wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients, then add to the wet ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
