1 16 oz can of chick peas, drained
1 lemon, juiced
2 toes of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp sesame seed
paprika
salt and white pepper
2 lemons cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine the tahini, garlic, lemon pulse several times
2. add the chick peas and pulse until smooth
3. add the olive oil and pulse until thick, taste season with salt and white pepper to taste

Mound the mixture onto a large plate, sprinkle the sesame seeds, a dash of paprika and a little more olive oil on top. have the lemon wedges on the side.
Use anything from pita wedges to vegetables to scoop the hummus.
