3 C. all purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Cup hot water
3 tsp. active dry yeast
2 T. melted butter
2 T. oil ( vegetable, canola, olive or a blend )
2 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl combine the water, yeast, butter, oil, and honey. Allow 5 minutes or so for yeast to expand. Combine liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and work into a dough ball, need well for 10 minutes. Covered dough and place in warm place, undisturbed, for 3 hours. Hand stretch and form pizza dough onto a 14 to 16 inch pizza pan. Pizza pan can be lightly oiled and dusted with cornmeal if desired. Top pizza with sauce, cheeses, meats, etc. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 16 to 18 minutes, until crust is golden.
