2 C. chili sauce
1/2 C. sweet pickle relish
1/3 C. prepared horseradish
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. granulated garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well refrigerate to store. Tabasco sauce and lemon juice are optional, but popular.
