1/4 C. butter or oil
1 medium onion minced
1 medium Bell pepper minced
2 medium carrots minced
5 eggs beaten
2 C. milk
2 T. seasoning salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. onion powder granulated
2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 T. Italian herb seasoning
1 T. chopped chives
2 C. bread crumbs
1 C. all purpose flour
1/2 C. ketchup
2 1/2 pounds ground beef 8020
2 1/2 pounds ground pork

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Blanch butter onions Bell pepper and carrot for 5 minutes . Place in large mixing bowl and add eggs, milk, all seasonings along with bread crumbs, flour, ketchup, and meats. Mix thoroughly. Turn mixture into one or 2 large pans-shape. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes. Based with ketchup and return to oven. Cook for another 30 minutes. Meatloaf internal temperature should reach 155 to 160. Allow meatloaf to rest 15 to 20 minutes before slicing. Serves 10 to 12 people.
