1/2 pound butter
1/4 pound fresh habanero peppers about 15
one large white onion peeled and quartered
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 medium ripe tomatoes quartered
2 medium tomatillo's peeled and quartered
1/2 lime juice only

Directions:
Directions:
Halve, stim and seed habaneros, wearing latex gloves. Place all ingredients in a 4 quart sauce pan. Simmer for 45 minutes until vegetables are softened. Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Serve sauce hot or cold with chips, tortillas, or any Tex-Mex foods. Refrigerate to store.
