4 oz butter
4 pounds beef trimmed and sliced into about 1 1/2 ounce strips . Sirloin is best but round is less expensive.
large Bell pepper minced
1 medium white onion minced
1 pound sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. black pepper
1 T. granulated garlic powder
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. beef base low sodium
tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 C. heavy cream
1 C. sour cream
1 T. red wine vinegar
noodles or rice to serve on

In a heavy pot, brown meat with butter, bell pepper and onion , then add mushrooms, black pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef base, Tabasco, heavy cream, sour cream, and vinegar. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours . Serve on noodles or rice
