2 pounds fresh mushrooms (washed and trimmed)
½ med white onion, minced
1 T. granulated garlic powder
½ T black pepper
1 T. beef base
1½ oz. red wine

Saute all on med/low heat for about 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
