3 squares cooking chocolate (I use semi sweet)
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 c powdered sugar
1 c chopped pecans or sliced almonds
Half gallon of your favorite ice cream.. Vanilla is actually great, or jamocha almond fudge for a Mud Pie

Directions:
Directions:
Pour graham cracker crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 pan or divide equally into two 9” pie plates.

Melt cooking chocolate and butter in saucepan over a medium low heat. Remove from heat and let cool a couple minutes. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add to the chocolate mixture. Beat in vanilla and powdered sugar. Add pecans or almonds if desired.

Pour chocolate mixture on top of crumbs and freeze. An hour is best, if you have longer, leave it in there overnight!

Top with softened ice cream and put back in freeze for at least another hour or two.
