1 lb. large raw shrimp
½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
¼ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1 Tbsp chopped garlic (fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shrimp down the back lengthwise with kitchen shears.
Be careful not to cut through the shrimp. With shells intact remove the black vein; rinse and pat dry.
Melt butter and add olive oil to large skillet. Add garlic and cook until it begins to brown.
Add shrimp and sauté, shaking skillet and stirring 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp is pink or firm.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
