Ingredients:  
2 cloves Garlic
˝ onion
Olive oil
˝ cup vodka
1 can peeled crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Pinch of salt
Medium container of Heavy Cream
1 lb. pasta
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 cloves of garlic and ˝ onion. Sauté in olive oil until onion and garlic is a nice color. Add ˝ cup vodka and simmer for a few minutes. Add can of peeled crushed tomatoes and let simmer. Add can of tomato sauce and pinch of salt. Let cook for a good hour. Once sauce is cooked, start to cook pasta. When water for pasta is boiling, add medium container of Heavy cream to the sauce and simmer until the pasta is ready. Drain pasta and put in large bowl, add sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
