12 oz fresh cranberries
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup orange juice
¼ cup water
1-2 Tbsp Grand Marnier (optional)
1 tsp orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Combine orange juice, water and both sugars in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil and stir until sugars are completely dissolved.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add cranberries and orange zest. Continue cooking until berries begin to pop. 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and, if using, stir in Grand Marnier. Place mixture in a bowl and let cool. Sauce will thicken as it sets.
