Large Corned Beef
2 cans of beer

Brown Mustard
White Horseradish
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In Large pot simmer Corned Beef in beer for 2-2½ hours.

Take Corned Beef out of pot. Score top of meat and paste with mixture of brown sugar, mustard and horseradish.
Put meat in roasting pan and baste a little liquid over meat then put in 350 oven for another hour.

Optional: cut up red bliss potatoes and put in roasting pan or put in pot with beer and cut up cabbage wedges.
